Priya oversees the full accounting function across the parent company and its operating entities including the Petwin Private Equity portfolio. She is responsible for financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, treasury management, cash flow planning, compliance and supporting strategic initiatives across the portfolio.
With a background in public accounting and experience working in a publicly traded company, Priya brings strong technical expertise in financial reporting, compliance, controls, and process improvement. She also plays a key role in supporting the finance integration of new acquisitions and aligning reporting processes across systems.
Outside of work, Priya enjoys exploring Calgary's food scene, travelling, and staying active with her corgi.
